How long will my delivery take?
Orders are generally delivered within X–Y business days after dispatch. Delivery to outlying areas may take slightly longer. Tracking details are emailed once the order has shipped.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over R1,500. For smaller orders, the delivery fee will be displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will gladly assist if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
What happens if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include your order number, photographs of the item and photographs of the packaging. We will investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy. Items must generally be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
What if I order the wrong size?
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, contact us before placing your order. Size exchanges may be accepted according to our Refund Policy, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers (Yoco), and Bravons does not store your full card information.

Will the product look exactly like the photographs?
We do our best to display every product as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and minor variations may occur between batches.
