How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered. You can receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send your tracking details to the email address used during checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over R1,500. For smaller orders, the delivery fee will be displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will gladly assist if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
What happens if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include your order number, photographs of the item and photographs of the packaging. We will investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy. Items must generally be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment providers (Yoco), and Bravons does not store your full card information.

Will the product look exactly like the photographs?
We do our best to display every product as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and minor variations may occur between batches.
